I removed the factory racing stripes from my 2012 GT500 and it was reasonably easy. I picked a warm sunny day (mid 80s) and parked the car in direct sun light. After an hour or so I started peeling the factory stripes off and they came right off with ease.

Since they have just been put on they will come off really easy. You can take them off yourself. Just peal up a corner and pull. It would also help if you put it in the sun and let them get hot. Once you take them off, if you have any glue just use a little goo gone and the glue will wipe right off.
