You can get into Rallying without having a car, but of course if you want to drive, getting a job after highschool or something, to even buy a cheap starter car is a good deal. BUT, before all that, there are a couple things you can/should do. First find the local rally events and go hang out. Join the group if there is one. Meet people, ask questions.
